After School Clubs

After-school clubs give your children the opportunity to play and learn in a safe, stimulating environment. At Whiteways we provide a varied schedule of great after school activities over the school academic year.  Most of these are run by the school staff but some activities are run by external providers. Supervision levels are closely monitored to comply with Ofsted regulations.

Multi sports, Woodwork, Cooking classes, Zumba, Athletics, Performance Arts, Rocket Science and Clarinet Lessons are just a few examples of the clubs we run.  Our current list of after school clubs are advertised on the notice board in school, the school newsletter and on this page. The activities change from term to term, so that all age groups get the chance to take part.  Please take a look, there might be something your child would be interested in.

Please speak to Mr. Wilson or a member of staff if you require further information on any after school activities.

Sheffield Children's University

Are you looking for something exciting to do over the school holidays?

There are lots of fun and exciting activities taking place outside of normal school hours in different places across Sheffield where children and young people can collect learning credits. These credits will be added to the ones children collect in school to earn Children’s University Awards. To collect these credits, they need a Passport to Learning. These cost £2 and are available to purchase at Sheffield libraries and some Learning Destinations. Remember, the credits lead to awards right up to 1000 hours!
